Job summary

BOXX Modular is hiring a Regional General Manager, Mid-West US, to lead growth and operations in the region. You will develop market strategy, build the regional sales pipeline, and align with national objectives to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires a commercial, entrepreneurial leader who can recruit and develop teams, establish regional infrastructure, and manage budgets to sustain long-term expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business disciplines is an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience.
• Proven success building, entering, expanding, or scaling a market/region.
• Strong track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience building high-performing teams and P&L management.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional growth strategy to expand market presence, revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead regional Modular Sales and Fleet Rental activities aligned with national objectives.
• Establish operating model and infrastructure to support regional growth.
• Oversee fleet strategy, asset utilization, inventory and quality.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, customer experience, and compliance.
