Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a hands-on Regional Director of Operations to drive presale and oversee three new South Charlotte studios opening in early 2027. Start as GM of the first studio and graduate to regional oversight across all locations.

Role demands strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence, with a clear path to overseeing a multi-studio market as the third studio launches.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness studio or club, ideally boutique.
• Proven success in membership sales or revenue-driven roles.
• Experience with presale or new studio openings is strongly preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead presale strategy to build foundational membership prior to opening.
• Capture, nurture, and close incoming leads.
• Develop partnerships with local wellness, retail, and community organizations.
• Organize and execute community outreach events and on-the-mat pop-ups.
• Achieve membership, revenue, and utilization targets.
• Track and analyze KPIs, including sales conversion, retention, and revenue.
