Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our Metro Detroit studios. This high-impact role oversees multiple locations, driving performance, staff development, and new studio openings while delivering a premium client experience.

You’ll partner with General Managers, oversee revenue growth, staffing, and operational systems, ensuring brand standards and rapid expansion across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in boutique fitness or high-touch consumer businesses.
• Experience developing General Managers and leading multi-site operational rollouts.
• Strong ability to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and hold teams accountable.
• Clear communicator with a bias for action in a fast-paced, growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across all studios, focusing on revenue, membership growth, utilization, retention, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and manage General Managers, setting expectations and evaluating performance.
• Drive studio-level sales, lead management, and client experience improvements.
• Lead operational execution of new studio openings and expansion across Metro Detroit.
• Collaborate on local marketing, community growth, and vendor management to ensure premium standards.
