Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Regional Director based in Minnesota to lead multi-site studios in MN and TX. This field-based role requires travel, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to drive brand standards, revenue, and client experience.

You will coach General Managers, own hiring, develop KPIs, and partner with senior leadership to scale operations. The role rewards sales growth, team development, and a culture of accountability across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in boutique fitness, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience leading General Managers and developing leaders at scale.
• Strong KPI, P&L, and financial performance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and studio leadership teams across Minnesota and Texas.
• Own regional hiring strategy and succession planning.
• Develop regional KPIs and translate results into action plans.
• Visit studios, perform audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support new studio openings and leadership transitions.
• Create market consistency while respecting local needs.
