Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life in Fort Mill, SC. This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to recruit, develop a high-performing team, and drive a successful studio launch with exceptional client experience.

After opening, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, grow membership, and build scalable systems. You’ll teach, train, and stay actively involved to ensure pre-opening momentum and long-term studio success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership services.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams across locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue and coaching others.
• Analytical with ability to build reports and use metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Outstanding communicator who connects with clients and team members.
• Hands-on fitness instruction/ coaching experience preferred.
• Passion for community building and local wellness scene.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and launch activities, including recruitment and onboarding of founding team.
• Drive studio launch readiness and operational workflows.
• Develop schedules, staffing plans, and standards.
• Lead ongoing operations post-launch and drive membership growth.
• Drive founding membership sales and oversee pre-sale campaigns.
• Partner with ownership on business performance and systems improvements.
• Coach the team on consultative sales and monitor KPIs.
