Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Pilates studios within a designated region. You will directly manage District Managers, drive staffing, sales, revenue, and training to align with company goals and standards, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in multi-location management, strategic leadership, and a passion for operational excellence and growth within the fitness industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience in fitness or wellness.
• Proven track record of managing operations, driving sales, and leading teams to achieve goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the region to visit studios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily regional operations across multiple studios.
• Directly manage District Managers and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Implement and monitor procedures to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow memberships and regional revenue.
• Monitor financial and performance metrics to meet targets.
• Lead staffing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
