Job summary

JETSET Pilates VERTEX is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to serve as the operational backbone across our studios in the Orlando region. You will partner with leadership to translate vision into execution, cultivate a culture clients and staff want to be part of, and ensure each location runs at its best.

You will lead GMs, monitor performance, and implement scalable policies and processes while driving revenue, membership growth, and client experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit operations or general management in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets across multiple sites.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMs across the region and drive commercial performance.
• Monitor regional operations, coach GMs, and optimize policies.
• Drive membership growth, retention, and profitability across studios.
