The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and effective communication across teams. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation within the United States and thrive in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics with hands-on team management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows (sorting, linehaul, last-mile).
• Experience in cross-border logistics, parcel networks, or 3PL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DSPs and sorting center operations to meet standards and metrics.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct safety drills and audits.
• Monitor records and generate reports on performance and compliance.
