Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking an experienced operations supervisor in California to lead DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring process quality and compliance. You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and manage budgets while coordinating cross‑site logistics and fleet resources.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least one year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing. Mandarin bilingualism is required to ensure effective collaboration with partners and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last‑mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouse to warehouse.
• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
