Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking an experienced operations supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff, enforce QA protocols, and drive performance.

You will monitor operations, coordinate logistics between warehouses, and lead cost control and budget management while guiding a team through onboarding, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and bilingual Mandarin, with at least 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of DSPs and warehouse staff to ensure standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouses and partners.
• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Recruit DSPs and onboarding; design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee fleet operations and cost control.
