Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows including sorting and last-mile operations.
• Experience in cross-border logistics or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Delivery Service Providers and sorting center operations.
• Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards and compliance audits.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics between China and international markets.
• Manage budgets and monitor key performance indicators.
