Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Colorado Assisted Living Administrator to oversee daily operations of a senior living community, directing residents, staff and financial resources to meet occupancy, quality of care, and budget goals.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, represent the property to government agencies, lead marketing and sales to meet census targets, and coach Community Directors while upholding the company values for residents, families, and teammates.

Qualifications

Requires Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate.
Minimum two years of college completed.
Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
Senior Living experience is required.
Experience with reporting and HRIS/tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the overall management and control of the activities and programs of an assigned Community.

Requirements

Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required

Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You've Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
Flexibility and availability required for frequently changing travel assignments and extended periods of travel
Ability to travel throughout Colorado, up to 95%+
