Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Community Administrator for a Colorado-based assisted living property. The role oversees operations, finances, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team to deliver high-quality elder care.

You will lead marketing to achieve occupancy goals, manage relationships with agencies, and ensure budgetary discipline across the property. Travel within Colorado is extensive.

Qualifications

• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required.
• Two years of college required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Senior Living experience required.
• Experience with RealPage Accounting, Leasing & Rents, YGL, and ADP/HRIS preferred.
• Travel throughout Colorado required (up to 95%+).
• Flexibility for extended and frequently changing travel assignments.
• Vaccination/screening/testing and PPE per regulatory guidelines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members.

• Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
• Travel throughout Colorado required
• Up to 95%+ travel required
• Flexibility and availability required for extended and frequently changing travel assignments
• May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening and surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE per regulatory guidelines
