Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of a Colorado Community network, with substantial travel responsibilities across the state. The role demands a Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate and at least three years of elder care experience.
The position is based in Irvine, CA, with travel up to 95%+ to assigned communities, ensuring occupancy, budget adherence, and strong resident experiences while maintaining regulatory
Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required.
This position will require travel throughout Colorado.
Senior Living experience required!
Up to 95%+ Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required.

The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members.
Salary range: $170,000 -$175,000
