Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Colorado-based Assisted Living Administrator to lead community operations, oversee residents and staff, and manage financials across multiple properties. You will liaise with government agencies and ensure occupancy targets are met while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate, have 3+ years of elder care experience, and are comfortable with extensive travel across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate required.
• Two years of college required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Senior Living experience required.
• Reporting/Data experience in RealPage Accounting & Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or HRIS preferred.
• Travel throughout Colorado, up to 95%+ travel required.
• Flexibility for extended and frequently changing travel assignments.
• Ability to meet regulatory, financial management, occupancy, service, and team member relations expectations.
