Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee a Colorado community, directing operations, residents, staff, and financials. You will represent the property to government bodies and drive occupancy with compliant marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching Directors on finances, service quality, and team relations, ensuring occupancy targets, and maintaining regulatory standards while promoting a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Colorado Assisted Living Administrator Certificate is required.
• Two years of college is required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• Senior Living experience is required.
• Travel throughout Colorado is required; up to 95%+ travel.
• Experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting, Leasing & Rents, You’ve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or HRIS is preferred.
• Flexibility for assignments that may be extended or frequently change.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall management and control of an assigned Community’s activities, programs, residents, employees, and financial assets.
• Represent the property in dealings with outside and governmental agencies.
• Participate in government property surveys and develop and execute plans of correction when required.
• Promote the property positively and communicate organizational values to residents, visitors, team members, and the broader community.
• Coach and direct Community Directors on financial management, service quality, and team member relations.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals while complying with procedures and regulations.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Professionally represent the Company and create a supportive, enjoyable experience for residents and team members.
