Job summary

JSX is seeking a Regional Manager within Airport Services to lead and develop Station Managers, Airport Supervisors, and Concierges across Dallas and the Texas/Southwest region. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, budget discipline, and exceptional customer experiences.

Based in Dallas, this role requires frequent travel to DAL, EDC, HOU, HOB, and TSM, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience managing airline/airport operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Station Managers, Airport Supervisors, and Concierges to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety initiatives and uphold JSX values across all stations in the region.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and vendor relationships while maintaining high service levels.
• Collaborate with Planning and Finance to forecast staffing and facility needs.
• Travel extensively to oversee multiple stations and ensure consistent operation.
