Job summary

JSX is seeking a Regional Manager in Dallas, overseeing DAL, EDC, HOU, HOB, and TSM with frequent travel across Texas and the Southwest. Lead Station Managers, Concierge teams, and Airport Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performance airport operations.

Drive staffing, budgeting, and vendor performance while maintaining top customer experiences. You will partner with Finance and Schedule Planning on future staffing models and facility planning, and ensure FAA/TSA/DOT regulatory

Qualifications

Open only to U.S. citizens per federal regs.
Minimum 3 years of airline operations management experience.
Minimum 4 years of airport operations experience.
Minimum 5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75+ pounds.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead Station Managers, Airport Supervisors, and Concierges for regional operations.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and budget discipline across stations.
Develop leadership bench and coach cross-functional teams.
Monitor vendor relationships and external stakeholder communications.
