Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in traffic control and safety.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong P&L and financial acumen.
• Experience coordinating crews and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of crews and equipment.
• Oversee on-site employee training and branch operations.
• Coordinate with estimating and accounting on revenue and reporting.
