Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Safety/Security Manager to oversee safety and security programs across regional locations. You will coach sites on SOPs, ensure TSA/FAA/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with government agencies while promoting a culture of safety and incident prevention.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in airline/cargo safety or security operations, strong communication skills, and experience with reporting, audits, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years' or equivalent experience in airline/cargo safety or security operations.
• Experience using CCTV or similar surveillance technology.
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups in a global environment.
• Working knowledge of TSA, CBP, OSHA, and FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with station management teams regarding emerging safety and security concerns.
• Document and submit reports for region of responsibility to Directors of Safety, Security.
• Meet with customers/airlines/airport representatives for safety/security issues as directed.
• Travel to respond to accidents/incidents as directed by Regional Safety or Security Directors.
• Assist and coach stations to complete daily and weekly inspections and audits.
• Verify stations complete all reports required by government agencies or airport authorities.
• Attend and facilitate safety and security meetings with managers and operations.
• Create incident reports for regional safety and security status.
• Compile data to support improvements to processes and procedures.
