Amrize seeks an Operations Manager to oversee a defined market and product line from Dundee Office MI. You will drive productivity, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate to meet P&L targets while coordinating with regional resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience, plus travel to company and customer sites in the region; MS Office and SAP proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within defined market and product line to meet objectives.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship across the operation.
• Drive cost efficiency by monitoring KPIs and budget performance.
