BMS CAT in Concord, NC is seeking an Operations Manager to run the daily operations of our regional center. You will supervise the restoration and construction processes, ensuring excellence in Fire and Water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, and put-backs.

You will lead warehouse operations, transportation, staffing, training, and scheduling to maximize productivity while maintaining top customer satisfaction and insurance performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the restoration industry leading a diverse team.
• Ability to learn quickly and grow professional competencies.
• High energy with the ability to energize others while executing multiple plans.
