Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead restoration and remediation crews on residential and commercial losses. You will schedule and dispatch workers, ensure IICRC guidelines are followed, and manage daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration).
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses.
• Oversee water, wind, fire, mold mitigation and basic construction.
• Schedule and dispatch workers, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews.
• Ensure technicians follow IICRC guidelines.
• Collect and verify daily paperwork and timesheets.
• Ensure all documentation is complete.

BMS CAT, a leader in disaster restoration, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.

We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. Essential Functions

• Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews
• Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
• Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
• Make certain all documentation is complete

Experience and Requirements

• This position will require you to be on call
• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening

Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview. In addition, you will be provided with all the tools you will need to assure success.
