BMS CAT & Blackmon Mooring in Concord, NC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our regional center. You will oversee fire and water mitigation, cleaning, pack-out of contents, and construction rebuilds while ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll manage warehouse operations, transportation and logistics, and be responsible for staffing, training and scheduling to maximize productivity. A focus on customer satisfaction and insurance score performance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restoration leading a diverse team within mitigation, restoration and/or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the regional center, including fire and water mitigation, cleaning, pack-out and rebuilds.
• Manage warehouse operations and all transportation/logistics functions.
• Staff, train and schedule the team to maximize productivity.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and insurance score performance.
