BIRKENSTOCK USA, LP is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations for Classic Stores in NYC. This role leads day-to-day store operations across multiple stores, driving brand standards, customer experience, and profitability while aligning with company policies and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, P&L experience, and a proven track record in retail operations. Travel is extensive, and the position reports to the Senior Director Owned Retail.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of store leadership experience.
• Willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead operational performance of full-line stores across a multi-store region.
• Drive brand standards, customer experience, and sales profitability.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, shrink, and operating expenses.
• Develop Store Managers and leadership teams; succession planning.
• Travel 40-50% for store visits and openings.
