Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting software.
• Willingness to travel to all markets within designated district.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar sales volumes in a multi-site environment to maximize sales.
• Develop store teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, HR practices, security and audits.
• Coach store managers to drive sales and key performance indicators.
• Manage expenses to increase profitability.
• Review reports, monitor profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
• Coordinate promotions and pricing to maximize sales.
• Coordinate new store openings and closures.
• Resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure stores meet safety and environmental codes and standards.
