Job summary

Boss Shops is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise multiple locations, oversee staffing and training, and drive profitable performance across the region.

The role requires coordinating hiring, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional efforts with Sales & Marketing to grow the business. Travel and long hours are expected, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or five to eight years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Must read, understand, and implement budget controls.
• Willingness to travel and hotel stays at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces OSHA and Safety Standards.
• Oversees all training programs for locations/Region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit and achieves budgeted goals.
• Ensures successful new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Attends meetings with leadership to provide insights and support decision making.
