Terry Black's Barbecue in Dallas–Fort Worth is hiring a North Regional Operations Manager to drive performance across our restaurant portfolio and ensure profitability, brand standards, and guest satisfaction. This senior leadership role partners with General Managers to execute strategic initiatives and maintain operational excellence.

The successful candidate will travel regionally, coach field teams, and lead initiatives from budgeting to new store openings, delivering consistent results

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven track record in driving operational performance and financial results.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L, labor modeling, and cost control.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to coach field teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and guest experience across the regional restaurant portfolio.
• Provide hands-on leadership via regular site visits, coaching, and store support.
• Partner with General Managers to close performance gaps and improve productivity and quality.
• Oversee systems, processes, and initiatives to ensure efficiency and brand standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and development for store leadership teams.
• Open new stores and guide post-opening integration and growth initiatives.
