Terry Black's Barbecue is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the North Region to lead performance across a portfolio of restaurants, including the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role partners with General Managers to drive profitability, standards, and an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, servant leader who coaches leaders, builds relationships with restaurant teams, and champions sustainable business growth. Extensive travel across the North Region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple units in high-volume restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs while driving growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance for the North Region, including Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Develop and coach Regional General Managers and store leaders.
• Partner with corporate to align initiatives, standards, and brand execution.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for region profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, drive improvements in guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Represent regional ops in cross-functional planning and initiatives.
