• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between restaurant leadership and corporate for operational goals and brand standards.
• Provide in-person store support through site visits, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
• Partner with General Managers to identify gaps and implement productivity and quality improvements.
• Lead execution of systems, processes and company initiatives to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support stores during peak periods, events, or leadership transitions with strategic guidance.
