Eurest, a leader in corporate dining, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to drive region-wide performance, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will align unit directors with corporate goals and oversee growth across multiple accounts, ensuring compliance with financial targets and service standards.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, team development, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, P&L-driven environment across diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team of six or more managers.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
• Experience with multi-unit foodservice management with a combined managed volume of $3 million or greater.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the operation of the assigned accounts in support the KPI.
• Develops common direction for the team; sets priorities and communicates strategy.
• Implements region policies to maximize income from existing accounts.
• Supports development and implementation of client programs meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in the sales process for new business.
• Monitors financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance with regional and corporate goals.
• Develops and motivates management and clinical staff to meet regional goals.
• Interfaces with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Resolves client, patient and customer complaints escalated from Directors.
• Coordinates with HR to obtain procedures for charges.
• Conducts annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.
• Completes all reports on time per policy.
