Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group, seeks a Regional Director of Operations for Corporate Dining in Charlotte. Lead regional operations, align unit directors with corporate and financial goals, and drive growth and profitability across the assigned accounts.

You will direct operations, set priorities, and implement regional policies to maximize income and client satisfaction while maintaining strong P&L discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team of six or more manager-level team members.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
• Experience with multi-unit foodservice management with a combined managed volume of $3 million or greater.
• Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the operation of the assigned accounts to support KPIs.
• Develops a common direction for the team and communicates priorities.
• Implements policies to maximize income from existing accounts.
• Supports clinical and service programs to meet client and patient needs.
• Participates in sales for new business opportunities.
• Monitors regional financial reports to ensure budget compliance.
• Develops and motivates management and staff to achieve goals.
• Maintains client satisfaction and account retention.
• Resolves client and customer complaints at appropriate levels.
• Interacts with legal and HR for procedures related to client and employee charges.
• Conducts annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.
• Completes all reports on time per policy.
