Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a Regional Director of Operations (Corporate Dining) to oversee the Charlotte region. You will plan objectives, drive profitability, and ensure unit directors meet corporate and financial goals while delivering consistently high service quality.

You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction across key corporate dining accounts, ensuring strong growth and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ multi-unit foodservice management.
• Experience managing $3M+ in combined volume.
• Strong track record in customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs operation of assigned accounts and supports KPIs.
• Sets team priorities and communicates strategy clearly.
• Implements regional policies to maximize income from accounts.
• Supports clinical and patient service programs meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in sales for new business acquisition.
• Monitors financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance.
• Develops and motivates management and staff to achieve goals.
• Interfaces with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Resolves escalated client, patient, or employee complaints.
• Conducts annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.
• Files daily/weekly/monthly reports per policy and deadlines.
• Trains and develops management for high morale and efficiency.
