Job summary

IES Residential in Cincinnati seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations, field performance, project execution, and service activities across multiple locations. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and operational management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple locations, teams, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement operational improvements and performance initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop operational teams successfully.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance management.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple locations, including installation, service, maintenance, and projects.
• Monitor performance metrics, schedules, financial results, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch leaders, dispatch, and field supervisors to drive efficiency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for the region.
• Support workforce planning, training, and leadership development.
• Review manpower, scheduling, and resources to ensure safety and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct field visits, audits, and performance evaluations across the region.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Identify and address operational challenges and process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Provide operational reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Represent the company professionally in the industry and community.
