Job summary

Ice Solutions seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee production and distribution facilities across multiple states. You will partner with the Director of Operations to lead regional operations, inventory management, fleet and equipment, maintenance, safety compliance, and financial accountability while delivering exceptional service.

You will recruit and develop site supervisors and CDL drivers, drive efficiency, monitor KPIs, and ensure OSHA/DOT/EPA compliance.

Qualifications

• ,
• Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple facilities to meet production, quality, safety, and service goals.
• Lead site supervisors and drivers, set performance expectations, and conduct evaluations.
• Manage inventory, fleet, and facility maintenance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and leadership to ensure safety compliance and financial accountability.
• Prepare regional reports and KPIs for executive leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field
