Job summary

Ice Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee production and distribution facilities within a defined geographic region. You will partner with the Director of Operations to lead regional operations, manage inventory, fleet, and facilities, and ensure exceptional service delivery with a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in operations or project management, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership skills to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience or training.
• 7+ years in a relevant field, such as Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Computer skills include MS Office, Salesforce, Samsara, and Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day regional operations across multiple facilities.
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and customer service targets are met.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Monitor regional KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Ops leadership on staffing and budgeting.
