Job summary

IES in Cincinnati is seeking a Regional Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, workforce performance, and project execution within the plumbing division. You will provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure plumbing installations, service activities, and field operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing codes, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, service procedures, and plumbing codes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and operational management abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing field operations, including manpower coordination, scheduling, project execution, and workflow management.
• Monitor field productivity, workmanship, job progress, and operational performance to meet company expectations and project schedules.
• Supervise and support field supervisors, foremen, technicians, and field personnel across plumbing operations.
• Coordinate with project management, operations leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to support project and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, plumbing codes, and procedures across all field operations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, training, and employee development within the plumbing division.
