IES Residential in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee field activities at construction sites and occupied facilities. You will manage HVAC crews, interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery with safety, quality, and company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, conducting toolbox talks, enforcing OSHA and codes, tracking hours and materials, and supporting project closeout with system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training/certification preferred.
• 4+ years HVAC installation/service experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in residential construction or multi-family dwellings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are enforced.
• Inspect work to meet quality and performance standards.
• Track progress, labor hours, and material usage; assist permits and closeout.
