Inspire Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple manufactured housing communities, driving operational excellence and achieving key business objectives.

You will lead regional operations, coach community leaders, and implement standardized processes while ensuring guest satisfaction, compliance, and financial performance.

This role requires strategic leadership, travel up to 50%, and a passion for building vibrant, affordable communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven leadership with experience managing multiple teams or communities.
• Strong business acumen, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple communities with focus on efficiency and service.
• Lead regional customer service training and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and Fair Housing.
• Oversee resident payment agreements, charges, and credits.
• Develop and monitor regional strategies, budgets, KPIs, and cost savings.
