Job summary

Community Concierge Services seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead and develop District Managers across a regional footprint. This hands-on role requires regular travel, evenings/weekends, and a commitment to strong service and safety standards.

You will coach leaders, drive performance, manage client relationships, and support market launches while ensuring staffing, budgets, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience leading managers across multiple locations.
• Ability to coach and develop District Managers and现场 teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold District Managers accountable for regional performance.
• Hire and onboard District Managers, set expectations, and review progress.
• Conduct field visits, identify challenges, and provide practical coaching.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and backup coverage across districts.
• Coordinate launches, manage client relationships, and support growth.
• Monitor service quality, payroll, and labor costs; drive improvements.
