Responsibilities include leading regional operations, coaching high-performing teams, managing budgets, and implementing new platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple teams or communities.
• Strong business acumen: budgets, data, strategy.
• Operational expertise in process improvement and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Resident-focused mindset and empathy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ops platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily regional operations across multiple communities with high service standards.
• Train regional customer service and drive guest engagement.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs and financial performance; identify cost savings and growth.
• Mentor community leaders and drive recruitment and development.
• Implement strategies and monitor KPIs to improve performance.
