Gopuff is seeking a Regional Manager I to lead a network of General Managers across the United States. This role requires a self-starting, entrepreneurial leader who can execute and deliver a flawless customer experience at scale.

You will coach teams, manage onboarding, analyze metrics, and ensure staffing. The position requires travel at least 90% of the time, with a base salary in the range of $96,900–$115,000 plus bonus and equity.

• 10+ years in retail, supply chain, operations, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory team of general managers across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop site leaders and onboard high performers.
• Track metrics and drive improvements in customer experience.
• Oversee staffing and launch of new sites within territory.
