You will lead Practice Managers, standardize best practices, and partner with regional leaders to optimize resources and outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years of multi-site supervisory experience, an undergraduate degree (Master’s preferred), and willingness to travel 80% across centers in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in clinical or medical setting
• Multi-site leadership experience (2+ sites)
• Strong budget and P&L awareness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to coach and develop center leaders

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple centers within geography with operational rigor
• Drive patient experience and engagement across centers
• Own P&L ownership including labor and expenses
• Standardize best practices and SOPs across markets
• Monitor financial and operational performance and drive corrective actions
• Coach Practice Managers and develop regional leadership team
• Ensure alignment with regional leadership on initiatives and programs
• Travel 80% across centers within geography
• Represent Oak Street Health in regional operations leadership
