Oak Street Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead performance across multiple centers within a geography. You will oversee clinical, operational, patient experience, quality, utilization, and financial outcomes by translating regional priorities into disciplined center-level execution.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare leadership, multi-site experience, and strong data-driven decision making. Travel within the geography and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, population health, clinical operations, or a related field.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate degree (MBA/MPH or similar) preferred.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational oversight and performance across multiple centers within a geography.
• Drive patient experience, engagement, and center-level operational performance.
• Translate priorities into regional action plans and drive performance metrics.
• Lead implementation of initiatives with central and regional partners.
• Coach and develop Practice Managers and regional leaders; ensure accountability for outcomes.
