Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Regional Manager in New Jersey to oversee all-purpose duties across the region, leading center operations, production and administration, and driving world-class customer service.

You will set performance standards, develop on-the-ground relationships with centers, mentor General Managers, recruit talent, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision repair or estimating experience.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Experience with CCC1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations (production and administrative) across the region.
• Set performance standards and monitor progress for centers and region.
• Provide training, tools and information to General Managers.
• Identify acquisition targets and recruit qualified candidates.
• Ensure repairs meet SOPs, safety and profitability.
