Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Baton Rouge – Southeast is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee center operations, drive performance, growth and world-class customer service across the region.

The role focuses on setting clear expectations, supplying tools and training to General Managers, identifying acquisitions, and building on-ground relations while ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable repairs in line with Caliber SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations (production and administrative) in the assigned region.
• Establish and maintain goals and standards for performance, growth and customer service.
• Provide tools, training and information to General Managers.
• Identify acquisitions/brownfield targets and recruit high-quality talent.
