Job summary

Caliber Collision in the United States is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all-purpose duties across the assigned region, directing center operations and driving world-class customer service in line with company goals.

The role includes leading General Managers, shaping performance, growth, and training, while identifying acquisition targets and building on-ground relationships to recruit top talent and ensure safe, profitable repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to report on financials and performance.
• Ability to oversee safe, profitable repairs per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations (production and admin) across the assigned Region.
• Establish and monitor goals and standards for performance and growth.
• Provide training and resources to General Managers; recruit and build a talent pipeline.
• Develop on-the-ground relationships with acquisition targets and manage integration.
