Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the entire center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role will recruit, recognize and retain top talent and monitor financial performance to identify opportunities and trends.

The GM will ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably following Caliber's SOPs and industry standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management and production.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and industry guidelines.
