Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Regional Manager to oversee center operations (production and administrative) across the assigned region, establishing goals and ensuring world-class customer service through measurable activities and services.

The Regional Manager will empower General Managers with clear expectations, identify acquisition targets, recruit top talent, and ensure repairs remain thorough, safe and profitable in line with Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Must have prior experience with CCC1.
• Ability to report on financials a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations (production and administrative) within the assigned region.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor progress across centers.
• Provide training, tools, and information to General Managers for effective leadership.
• Identify potential acquisitions and brownfield targets and build on-ground relationships.
• Recruit qualified candidates and establish pipelines for talent acquisition.
