Job summary

Caliber Collision Payette is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the service center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.

This role also recruits and retains top talent, monitors financial performance, and analyzes monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring repairs are thorough, safe and profitable per SOPs and insurance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and review prior month metrics for opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable in line with SOPs and insurance standards.
